Introduction

“True” Gnostic Christianity is an objective body of knowledge that Jesus taught. It is not a mystery religion or heretical cult. Gnostic Christianity teaches a non-judgemental “process” of reasoning. This new process, is justified by a natural principle that Jesus revealed and contemporary physics demonstrates is a scientific fact. Combining non- judgemental reasoning with the current judgemental process, expands our consciousness of reality. In this enlightened consciousness we are personally empowered to resolve all problems and as Paul said “live the good life as from the beginning He [God] had meant us to live it.” (Eph 2:10)

Evidence that Jesus taught a process of reasoning that could expand consciousness surfaces in Jn 8:31-32 jbv, where he says, “If you make my word your home… you will learn the truth and the truth will set you free [word or will of God is the English translation of the Greek term logos, which refers to the logic or reasoning of God].” And in Rm 12:2 (rsv) Paul said “do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind…”

The Gnosis, or reasoning process, that Gnostic Christianity introduces, does not contradict Jesus’ spiritually-centered public teachings. It documents what scholars refer to as Jesus’ oral or logos/logic tradition, which he taught in private (Mk 4:33-34). These teachings elevate our reasoning mind to that of the will/reasoning of God. In this renewed mind, our reasoning supports spiritual values. This is the truth that can set us free. For when mind and spirit seek the same ends (syzygy) doing “on earth as it is in heaven” will no longer be an idealistic goal, it will be a practical reality. (Matt 6:10)

  1. I have been searching all my life for the TRUE religion. One that does not judge. One that believes in peace and harmony and spiritual growth. I hope that Gnostic Christianity will help me find what I have been searching for. I am a Christian and believe in God and Jesus. I also believe that Jesus tried to teach us to forgive and to love our friends throughout the world. I hope I have found what I have been seeking for, for so long. I am 62 years of age and live in the United Kingdom.

  2. I’m impressed, I need to say. Really hardly ever do I encounter a weblog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. Your thought is outstanding; the problem is something that not sufficient individuals are talking intelligently about. I’m very completely happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something regarding this.

  3. I have been looking for a well-versed teacher in these things, I hope I have found it here. I’ve been on a lifelong search for the Christianity that goes beyond what is taught in mainstream churches, one that goes beyond convention. Hopefully, i will have found it here. Thanks for your time and effort with this blog.

  4. I was born Hindu, but from childlood had love towards Jesus Christ apart from learning good things from Hindusim.
I feel we all should know that world can learn great knowledge to live properly if we know true teachings of
Lord Christ. Let World imbibe his compassion and message of love and forgiveness . Amen

  5. This site is not very intuitive. It should be easier to figure out how to start a thread and post question and start discussions. It took me forever to find this field post my question and I am still not sure if this is going to start a discussion thread. IS this a real message board site or some thing else? If it is you really need to re think the organization so that people can sign up and immediately know how to post discussion topics and questions.

    1. Dear “binary” – thanks for your feedback. The truth is that accomplishing our goals for the site is not simple, given how much hassle can come simply by opening up to comments (recently several hours of work went into getting the site reactivated due to it being blacklisted just for some comments in the messaging queue). With that said, I am listening – your message has been delivered, and I am happy to help you attempt to get from this what you’re seeking, to the best of my abilities. However, my main objective it to share other meaningful and insightful information that has been collected over time to allow people like you to have access to it. So while our “message board” functionality is definitely questionable, hopefully you’ll find some value in time spent here, and your additional input is welcome (although I personally prefer talking to people with real names and not masked identities). Wishing you all the best.
